Q - What is your shipping method for tarantulas?

A - All livestock orders are shipped with Royal Mail, using their Special Delivery service. As this service is tracked and aims to be delivered the following day.

 

Q - When do you ship orders?

A - We aim to dispatch livestock orders Monday - Thursday, with the aim to be delivered the following day. Delivery can be arranged/delayed to a later date with prior agreement.

 

Q - How much is shipping?

A - A standard shipping fee of £12 is added to all livestock orders at checkout. This price is subject to change throughout winter, as a heat pack may be used to ensure the tarantulas are safe in transit. All changes will be displayed on the site and at checkout.

 

Q - How quickly will my order be dispatched?

A - We aim to ship all livestock the day after purchase, as long as the purchase is made before 6 PM. Cut off times are as follows - 

Monday postage - Cut off Sunday 6 PM

Tuesday postage - Cut off Monday 6 PM

Wednesday postage - Cut off Tuesday 6 PM

Thursday postage - Cut off Wednesday 6 PM

All orders made between Wednesday 6 PM and Sunday 6 PM will be shipped Monday!

Q - Where do you ship?

A - We only currently ship to the mainland UK.
